Jan 16, 1926 Zion Hill Bapt Church met Sat before the third Sunday in January was called to order by the moderator then adjourned to meet Sunday following.

Jan 17 1926 Zion Hill Baptist Church met in regular session & was called to order by the moderator then the church was announced in order for business
1st the minutes of previous meeting was read & approved
2 an opportunity was given for membership John Moore came forward & joined the church by experience. The church gave him the right hand of Christian fellowship and will become a full member after submitting himself to the audience for baptism.
Then the moderator read Church Covenant 3.
Then a committee was appointed to make out a report of the members that belong to Zion Hill Church that we don't know where they are & another list of those who do not help support the church or help in any way & those that are walking disorderly & a list of those who do support the church names of committee A. J. Stoner, J. H. Teague, L. J. Moore.
A motion was made & it sustained to place on record the amount paid in to the church Preaching by the moderator then adjourned $73 dollars due pastor.

April 18, 1926 The Zion Hill Baptist Church met the third Sunday in April 1926 and was called to order by the mod. Preaching by the mod.
Then called for report of committee on making our the names of those who do help support the church and also the names of the members that do not help support the church and the names of those we do not know where they are and a move was made and it sustained to receive the report of the committee. It was laid over til next meeting to appoint a committee to see after these members.
A committee was appointed to make out a program for the decoration the second Sat evening in May.
Then a call was made to know if there was any one who wanted to renew their covenant with the Lord then came forward Mack Brown, Matt Rogers, Esalee Shelley.
Then adjourned to meet on the next regular meeting day in May.

1 then the Lord's Supper then the minutes of last meetings was read and it approved.
2 a collection was taken to raise money to pay for covering the church house.
Then the deacon board was appointed to see those members that are walking disorderly.
Then adjourned to meet Saturday night before the third Sunday in June.

Time set to begin the revival meeting July 18 then adjourned.
