Church met Sun at the regular hour the Janitor resigned & mod appointed Bro A. J. Rodgers, Jo Moor, W. R. Conner committeemen to see after another janitor then sermond by mod adjourned to meet the 1 Sat before 1 Sun in Feb 1922.

The Zion Hill Bapt Church met the 1 Sunday night in Sept 1922 for the purpose of holding a revival meeting which was cared [sic] on for 7 days & nights & was conducted by Rev. W. A. Masterson & received 22 members by experience & Baptism & a number of renewals & received the acknowledgement of Bro Auther Rose & granted him a letter of dismission.

The church also met the 2 Sun at 3 oclock P. M. for the purpose of ordaining Bro C. D. Martin & J. A. Baker to the ministry the Presbytery was of the following named ministers W. A. Masterson, S. H. Clark, J. O. Hood, W. R. King & deacons from other sister church together with Zion Hill deacons after the examination a motion & it sustained by the church to propose with the ordination whitch [sic] was caryed [sic] out & they stand now as ordained ministers of Christ's Gospel.

A move & second to collect & pay off Rev. J. O. Hood which was $13.75 Collected in full and turned over to the treasure [sic].

The record of last meeting was read & approved with motion & it sustained to authorize the CC to add to the last record the charge of covenant braking against Bro Art Bales, Sis Martha Shuler, Bro D. W. Stevens, Scott Galyeon Jr., Hobert Galyeon.
A motion & second to erase Charlie Bales name from the church book on his on evidence that he had never been saved a motion & it sustained to exclude Bro Art Bales and sister Martha Shuler, Bro D. W. Stevens, Scott Galyeon Jr, Hobert Galyeon for covenant breaking motion & second to ? a charge against Bro Preston Clark for swearing motion & it sustained to exclude him on said charge then adjourned to meet the following Sunday.
