Sun Jan. 27, 1924 The Zion Hill Bapt Church met the fourth Sun in January 1924 & was called to order by the moderator. After sermon by the moderator, church adjourned to meet Sat. before the fourth Sun in March 1924.

Sat. Feby 23, 1924 The Zion Hill Baptist Church met Sat before the fourth Sun in Feby 1924 and was called to order by the moderator. After sermon by the moderator the church adjourned to meet the following day.
Sunday Feby 24, The Zion Hill Baptist Church met Sunday Feb 24 (1924) after a brief talk by the Pastor he introduced Hiroji Kuriya a native of Japan and at present a student of Carson-Newman College. He consumed the preaching hour discussing the customs of Japan, his voyage to the United States and especially concerning his own life before and after he became a Christian. A collection was taken for said speaker and received $7.50.
The church then adjourned to meet Sat before the fourth Sun in March '24.

Saturday March 22, 1924 The Zion Hill Baptist Church met in regular session Saturday before the fourth Sunday in March 1924 and was called to order by the moderator. After devotional exercises, the church was announced in order for business.
Raymond Clark presented himself as a candidate for membership by letter from Shiloh and was received. Letters of recommendation were granted to the following: Brother Fowler Knight and wife and children, namely Ella Knight, Sidney Knight, Josie Knight, Eza Knight and Sallie Knight.
After sermon by moderator, the church adjourned to meet the following day.

Sunday, Mar 22, 1924 The church met Sun. March 22, 1924 and was called to order by the moderator after devotional exercises. The church was announced in order for business.
1st. The record of the Feby meeting was read & approved.
2nd a letter of recommendation for Bro. Elijah Turner and wife was read and they were received in full fellowship. Bro. Turner was recd in the rank of a deacon.
After sermon by the pastor the church adjourned to meet Saturday before the 4th Sun in April (1924)

A motion & it sustained to draw on the S. S. treasury for 50cts. to finish paying the house painting bill.

Saturday, Apr 26, 1924 The Zion Hill Bapt Church met Sat before the fourth Sunday in April 1924 and was called to order by the moderator. After sermon by the moderator the church was announced in order for business.
First: The records of the previous meeting was read and approved.
Second: Letters of recommendation were granted to Brothers Glen Moore and R. J. Knight. Glen going to The First Baptist Church of Alcoa and Bro. Knight to Nails Creek.
The church then adjourned to meet the following day, Sunday Apr. 27, 1924.
The Zion Hill Baptist Church met Sunday Apr 27 and was called to order by the moderator. After sermon by the moderator, the church adjourned to meet Sat. before the fourth Sunday in May 1924.

Saturday, May 24, 1924 The Zion Hill Bapt Church met Sat before the fourth Sun in May 1924 & was called to order by the moderator. After sermon by the moderator, the church was announced in order for business.
First: The records of the past meeting was read and approved.
Second: The hand of church fellowship was extended to Sister Turner.
The pastor announced that Bro. Earl Edington would preach for us the second Sunday and Sunday night in June. The church then adjourned to meet the following day. May 25, 1924.
The Zion Hill Church met Sunday May 25th and was called to order by the moderator after sermon by the moderator, the Lord's supper was commemorated. Then adjourned to meet Saturday before the fourth Sunday in June.

Saturday June 21, 1924 The Zion Hill Baptist Church met Sat before the fourth Sun in June 1924 & was called to order by the moderator after devotional exercises the church was announced in order for business.
1st. The records of the previous meetings were read and approved.
2nd There being no deferred or new business the business session adjourned.
3rd After sermon by the moderator, the church adjourned to meet the following day.
Sunday, June 22, 1924, The Zion Hill Baptist Church met Sunday June 22 and was called to order by the moderator. The church was then announced in order for business.
First, a letter of recommendation was granted Bro. John Ingle, Jr.
Second: Charges were preferred against Bro. Henry Cutshaw and wife for Bootlegging and dealing in whiskey in general also for smuggling their acts and trying to stay in the church. On motion & it sustained the church withdrew fellowship from them.
After sermon by moderator, the church adjourned to meet the fourth Sat. in July 1924.

Saturday, July 26, 1924 The Zion Hill Baptist Church met Saturday before the fourth Sunday in July 1924 and was called to order by the moderator.
The moderator appointed the deacon board as a committee to look our for a pastor for the ensuing year. The sermon by the moderator, the church adjourned to meet the following day. Sunday July 27, 1924.
The church met Sunday, July 27, (1924) and was called to order by the moderator. After Sermon by the moderator, the church was announced in order for business.
First, announcements that Bro. Matthews would teach a week training school in B. Y. P. U. and Sunday School training work the following week, and that the revival would begin the 3rd Sunday night in August.
An opportunity was given for membership and received Harriet Moore by letter from Gist's Creek and Christina Pitner under watchcare of the church.
Then church adjourned to meet the 3rd Sun. night in Aug.

Call Session Sunday Aug. 10, 1924 The Zion Hill Baptist Church met Sunday Aug 10, 1924 for the purpose of calling a pastor for the ensuing year. Bro. E. Turner was elected moderator. Bro. Caylor was nominated but his election was lost. A motion and it sustained to adjourn the session without an election. Motion to adjourn. Adjourned.

Aug. 18, 1924 Zion Hill Bapt met Monday night Aug 18 to begin a series of revival services. The meeting continued ten days, Bro. Barnes doing the preaching. At the close of the meeting there were additions to the church as follows: By Baptism: Raymond DeLozier, Cecil Pitner, Reva Bales, Martha Moore (of John)

Call Session Aug. 31, 1924 The Zion Hill Baptist Church met Aug. 31, 1924 for the purpose of calling a pastor for the ensuing year. Bro. Jep Helton was elected by ballot Motion and it sustaind [sic] to grant a letter of recommendation to Bro. Sam Ingle Motion to adjourn

Saturday Sept. 13, 1924 The Zion Hill Baptist Church met in regular session Sat Sept 13, 1924 and was called to order by the moderator. After sermon by the mod the church adjourned to meet the following day.
The Zion Hill Baptist Church met Sunday Sept. 14, 1924 and was called to order by the moderator. After sermon by the moderator the church was announced in order for Business.
First: The minutes of the previous meetings wre read and approved.
Second: an opportunity was given for membership and received none.
Delegates to the Sevier association were appointed as follows: Bro. E. Turner, A. J. Stoner, Oscar Shelley & wife, James Teague and wife, and Luther Moore. After announcements the church adjourned.

Sat Oct. 11, 1924 Zion Hill Bapt Church met Sat before the second Sun in October 1924 & was called to order by moderator. Singing by the choir. After sermon by moderator, church was announced in order for business:
Henry Odem was granted a letter of recommendation. The church then adjourned to meet the following day.
Sunday Oct. 12, 1924 The Zion Hill Baptist Church met Sunday Oct 12 and was called to order by the moderator Singing by the choir. Sermon by the moderator.
The regular meeting days were set for the third Sat and Sunday in each month.

Saturday Nov. 15, 1924 The Zion Baptist Church met Sat. night before the fourth Sunday in Nov. 1924 and was called to order by the mod. After Sermon by the moderator the church adjourned till the following day.
Sunday Nov. 16, 1924 The Zion Hill Baptist Church met Sunday Nov. 16, 1924 and was called to order by the moderator. Singing by the choir after devotional exercises the church was announced in order for business first:

A letter of acknowledgement from George Cutshaw was read and approved. Letters of recommendation were granted to the following members: George Cutshaw, Ella (Benson) Johnson, Cleo (Parrott) Myers, Zack Johnson and wife.
A proposition of the Sevier association asking Zion Hill Church to contribute $175.00 for missions for the year 1925 was laid over till next meeting for consideration.

Saturday Dec. 20, 1924 Zion Hill Baptist Church met Saturday night before the Third Sunday in December. Preaching by the moderator after which the church adjourned to meet the following day.
Sunday 12/21/1924 The Zion Hill Baptist Church met Sunday December 21, 1924 and was called to order by the moderator Sermon by the moderator. The church was then announced in order for business:
1st: The following committee was appointed to repair the belfry. A. J. Stoner, L. J. Moore, and Fowler Knight.
The proposition of the Sevier association asking Zion Hill to contribute $175.00 for missions for the year 1925 was discussed and the church agreed to pay what it could but didn't fix any certain amount. A committee was appointed to investigate and see how much could be raised as follows: A. S. Galyean, W. E. Ballard, and Mayford Galyean.
The church then adjourned to meet Saturday before the third Sunday in Jan. 1925
