By virtue of a fi fa issued from the Circuit Court of Sevier County and to me directed, I sell for ready cash, at the Courthouse in Sevierville, on the 4th day of April, next, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand that Elijah Rogers has in and to Three Hundred and Ninety Five Acres of land, lying in the 7th District of said county and joining the lands of John Cannon, Hugh Goforth, John Kerr and others, to satisfy a judgment and costs that William Ellis recovered against M C Rogers and Elijah Rogers, in the Circuit Court of Sevier County.
