Nearly 3,000 index entries were created from Minutes of the First Baptist Church of Sevierville (originally known as the Church in the Forks of the Little Pigeon) by volunteers whose names were not identified in the data that was published on-line. This datafile was found in an Internet Archive and has been presented here with no intention of copyright infringement.

Research Tip: Be creative in your spelling. Names were often spelled phonetically, especially in the earliest years. For example, the surname McCarroll is spelled in the database as McCarrell, McCarroll, McCearell, McCearell, and McCearl.

Search the Database

Enter at least three letters of a surname. You may narrow your search by including a given name. Please note that many entries contain only initials, rather than complete given names.

Important! Regardless of the number of matches (hits) that may result from your search, you will only be able to view the first 50 records returned by the system. This was done to circumvent harvesting by unscrupulous individuals.
