Notice – By virtue of two writs issued from the Circuit Court of Sevier county and to me directed, I will expose to public sale, for ready money at the Courthouse door in Sevierville, on Monday the 6th day of March, 1843, all the right, title, claim and interest that Anderson Seaton has in and to a tract of land containing twelve hundred and twenty-five acres, more or less, adjoining the lands of Joel Ivey and others, situated in Sevier county in District No. 4. Levied on the property of the said Anderson Seaton to satisfy two judgments and costs, one in favor of B Porter & Co. and the other in favor of Steward O Dicky.
