By virtue of a fi fa issued from the Circuit Court of Sevier County and to me directed, I sell for ready cash, at the Courthouse in Sevierville, on the 4th day of April, next, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand that John Walker, administrator of the estate of Phillip Mock, deceased, has in and to two tracts of land, lying in the 4th District of said county, one of said tracts containing Two Hundred and Forty Acres, joining the lands of John Jenkins, John Walker and others, the other tract containing Two Hundred and Twenty-Eight Acres and joins the lands of David P Branum and others; levied upon to satisfy a judgment and costs that Isaac A Miller recovered against said John Walker, as the administrator of Philip Mock, deceased, in the Circuit Court of Sevier County. Chancery Sale – In obedience to a decree of the Chancery Court at Sevierville, I will offer for sale, to the highest bidder at the Courthouse door in Sevierville, on the 17th day of February next, all the real estate of which the late Philip Mock, died seized and possessed, consisting of the valuable farm on which said Mock lived at the time of his death, containing 224 acres, one tract containing 100 acres, said two tracts to be sold together at not less than $2,000, one third in hand, one third in six months, and one third in twelve months. Also the following tracts will be sold separately on the same terms and for the best price that can be obtained, to wit: one tract of 112 acres, one tract of 50 acres and one tract of 16 acres, the purchaser giving bond and security and a lien retained on the land until the purchase money is paid.
