Notice – By virtue of an execution issued by the Clerk of the Chancery Court at Sevierville and to me directed, I will expose to public sale on the 13th day of February, 1844, at the Courthouse door in Sevierville, all the right, title, claim and demand that Andrew Bird has in and to five shares of land, of a tract known as the Peter McKinley’s and vested out of Hill, Agnew & Co., and vested in said Bird, by a decree of the Chancery Court at Sevierville, adjoining the lands of J Howard and others to satisfy the costs of a suit in Chancery Court, unless previously paid.
